Hi, you can use the hook provided and make a small hole in the ceiling or you can use removable adhesive hooks (not included). Command brand are good ceiling hooks.

Will mosquitoes come in through the net if I get up in the middle of night?

If you keep the net close immediately after entering and exiting the mosquitoes should not get in.

Will this fit a kind size bed?

I should think so, it is pretty voluminous. I used it to screen an inflatable pool measuringaround 9 x 5ft and that is bigger than most beds.
