I keep in the freezer and use it around my ankleI didn’t tried hot its nylon it will be damage in the microwave

It’s ok and does cool the area but I did fine it heated up quicker than I would have liked.

This is easy ti use ice pack for injuries as it is made in a user-friendly way. It is very convenient to use at injuries.

It is a good product in a bad design. It freezes well and easily reusable but the strap Location is not well designed as its hard to make it grip on my arm or knee.

Its great , but the size is kind of small.
