Yes, it should show up brilliantly on metal.

Q: Does this look good on fiber glass

Yes but it may not last well with moisture

Q: Why the long ship time?

I assume, because it is a pressurized container, it must be transported by ground shipping to avoid bursting at high altitude.

Q: Can this be used on clothes? Especially, clothes that are waterproof?

Because this paint is an Acrylic it is basically plastic and if used on clothes may peel off when dry. I know that I have gotten it on my jeans and sneakers and it has peeled off both. Even the rubber part of the sneakers. I would not recommend using it on any clothing.
