Are the dimensions 3 x 18 x 14 inches as in the product details or is it "product information airline travel size: 17" x 15" x 14"

I would have to say the airline size would stand true as long as you don't STUFF the bleep out of it.

Hi there, will this fit in the overhead compartment on an airplane? I am seeking a boot bag that will not require being checked-in.

Measure your boots height. The bag will conform to the items stored in it. If the boots will fit in the overhead the bag will work for you.

I did not received this bag. The bag in the box did not have backpack straps. where is the backpack I ordered?.

the straps are located inside of the zipper at the top/rear of the bag.
