Yes, rechargeable battery is included, but no cable to connect with the console. Unless you already have the cable, you will have to buy it separately.

Because it's an electrical product you get a year's warranty, your statutory right. However if it develops a fault within 30 days amazon will replace it if you return the original, this is the case if it is a 3rd party seller too.

Yes you can as long as you have Bluetooth on the iMac, it should be able to Connect, hold down the share button and the ps button until the light bar flashes white then should be able to find the device.
