Hi. Fragrence Free? No scent?

Other than smelling like toilet paper there's no scent and Angel Soft is good quality.

Will the rolls fit in the extra storage

That depends on what type of extra storage unit you are using for extra rolls. The dimensions of a MEGA roll are roll height=4 inches. Roll diameter= 5 inches. Roll circumference= 16.5 inches. I just physically measured 1 mega roll for you. If you are storing a full package of 8 mega rolls, the full package, unopened measures 8 inches high. 10 inches wide. 10 inches deep. I hope these detailed measurements will help you!

will it fit a standard toilet paper holder?

Yes, it fits mine. You might need to help the mega roll along a bit!
