Astonish Powerful Oven and Cookware Cleaner with No Harsh Chemicals, 150g

This stuff is amazing. I have been using it for many years.

Written review before. Bought many times as it is excellent for cleaning oven, sink and oven shelves.

Pretty good - not as 'astonishing' as one would like but does a reasonable job combined with a little 'elbow grease' (not available from Amazon of course!)

Miracle in a tub!!!! You will not be disappointed. I use this daily for stains that nothing else will remove off my quartz. And flooring Including Coffee , tea , curry, ink , crayons … you name it this will remove !!!

I bought this product based off of a frantic Google search because I had accidentally scratched our four month old glass hob top quite badly with a scourer.I found a newspaper article/add online in The Sun of all places that spoke of a woman who had purchased some of this from Poundland and found it to not only clean her hob, but also to repair it.Suffice to say, I was extremely sceptical but as the Mrs still hadn't seen the damage yet and being quite desperate, I did a quick Amazon search and ordered some.I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE RESULT!!! I applied some of this wonder paste to a sponge and gently gave the hob top a wipe, directly over the damage.Lo and behold, upon wiping off the paste with a damp cloth, the scratches were hardly visible!I gave it another little go with the paste and the result improved further.Now you can barely see the scratches to the hob glass. And I mean, the light has to be hitting the surface just right and you have to be standing at exactly the right angle to even be able to see any sign of scratches and these scratches were BAD before I used the cleaner.So in short, this product cleans ceramic glass hob tops perfectly. It also restores ceramic glass hob tops that are scratched. Even if the scratches look unrepairable!I'm not sure exactly how it works. It could be some kind of ancient magic but......Hob saved, both ears still attached to my head and no sleeping on the settee for this fella!Definitely recommended.

DOES WAT IT SAYS

The British made this stuff. I read a review from an Army cook...a veteran who said he was 69 years old...he said since he was introduced to Astonish long ago it's the only cleaner he ever uses because it's so effective. I was sold to give it a try. I'm a 70 year old vet too but I did the bulk of my cooking in businesses I had started in restaurants and catering. To that end I'm the cook in my house and raised our kids on the food I made. I am a total disaster in the kitchen to which my sweetheart through all these years will attest. I cook daily, all types of food...long simmers, high heat sauces....I can wreck a stove...I have a six burner professional gas range and I have tried so many degreasers, detergents...all with very limited success...enter Astonish...this product needs a good amount of elbow grease added to it for removing long burned on grease...but...the Army vet is spot on...this product is a paste with a consistency likened to shoe polish...I wore nitrile gloves, used an inexpensive green scrub pad from Walmart...wet the pad, rubbed the surface of the paste to get some product on the pad and began rubbing and scrubbing....these are the seat rings from around the burners and the stuff on them is long hardened refuse from direct battle....no soaking just some elbow grease and Astonish...several minutes later I was looking at silver again...haven't seen that since this dude was new. This is not a magic potion...but if you're willing to add the ingredient of some elbow grease this stuff works.UPDATE:I was going to reorder and crossed a bundle on Amazon of three for a better price and they'll be here tomorrow...like gasoline for my vehicle it'll get used...this stuff is good...it works in the oven as well (zero fumes but clean)...I've found once I do the heavy scrubbing to excavate the long burned on grease the follow up cleaning parties are just simple cleaning...I've shined up some old stainless steel friends too...I'm telling you all... this stuff is a work horse.

Another great product from astonish that really works

This product is what I have been looking for a long time. I bought it many years ago and after using it for years with great results I used it all up. I just bought it again and I am super happy with the results, in seconds my pots and lids look like new again.
