I’ve been taking this for 2 months, and have lost 14lbs. I only take the smaller dosage and fyi I hate taking pills so I just open the capsules and mix it into 8 ounces of protein shake. Works like a charm, and I have no side effects what so ever. I take it everyday with 1 hour- 2 hours of weight training for 6 days of the week and my diet is calorie deficit but I do indulge 2x a month and has not affected my weight loss at all. We’re to begin with this product. One Sol Burn supplements are amazing. I purchased them because I am currently on my weight loss journey. And, ladies let me tell you this product does work. I was looking for supplements to help to not only lose weight and decrease cravings but it also boost mood and energy. Everything that is mention on the label is TRUE, and I have experienced it. I have purchased this product based off tik tok the beginning of this month. I my weight was around 201p when I started I am on a strict calorie deficit diet and I work out every single day 2hrs a day morning and evening due to my schedule. I have lost 6inches around my waist and I weight myself 3x a week I have gained 5pounds since TAKING these pills in a matter of 2 weeks and I do not have any underlying health issues. These pills seem to hold your water weight with daily diet and exercise I do not recommend this product

The first two weeks I noticed a difference in how I felt and I did lose 7 lbs. I have a very active lifestyle and eat well. Wanted to try these to see if they would help burn off the stubborn fat around the body, I’m in my early 40’s and things love to hang out longer lol than in the 20’s era . I noticed I had more bowel movements, nothing like I needed a toilet right away, just more frequent. I took just 2 a day in the morning like it says and went on with my day, 3 weeks in I started noticing I was really hungry more frequently, which isn’t normal for me. So I don’t think they control the a craving for more food, the first 2weeks I didn’t notice a change . 3 week I noticed I gained back what I lost and again didn’t change anything in my daily lifestyle or diet. Week 4 started taking 4 a day as it says you can and I noticed an increase in going pee a lot! Which with my job access to a toilet is limited , so I had to cut back down to just 2a day. Again no weight change in the 4th week. So I’m not 100%sure these are that great. I did love that they didn’t cause jitters, I’m a sensitive one to jitters. No other symptoms or improvements to anything else as advertised .

I've been trying to lose about 20-25lbs for a few months now. The scale just goes back and forth between the same 3lbs. I kid you not. One week I'm 188, the next I'm 187. Then I'm 189. Then back to 188. MONTHS this has been going on! I've changed up my diet, exercise, introduced weights, upped my water, upped my proten, etc. Calorie deficit is set for 750 and I eat roughly 1700-1800/day. Why does it have to be so hard after 40! lol I needed a little boost and came across these. Today is my 5th day taking these and so far, so good. They definately help suppress appetite and control my sweet tooth! I don't get the 3pm or 10pm hunger pain like I used to. I'm able to practice better portion control and be SATISFIED with the portion. I don't feel fatigued at the end of the day. And the results were immediate. Like the very first day I took them, I wasn't hungry. I ate when I needed to and not when I didn't! I was nervous beacuse I didn't want it to supress appetite so much that I don't eat at all. I know you have to eat to lose weight. Since today is only day 5, there hasn't been any weight loss as of yet. I've actually been the same weight (187.6-187.4) every morning, but hoping there's a drop soon, or at least loosening of my jeans. I will update this review after a few weeks.
