This glue is even more fantastic than it's label.
This is a really useful glue which bonds different sorts of materials together. I have just used it to repair the bakelite handle on my air fryer. It has made a perfect job which is strong and heat resistant. Just let it have plenty time to set securely and use a clamp to hold the pieces together. Always use a fresh tube of glue as it tends to set solid if you leave it opened for too long.

Excellent but short shelf life once opened. Keep reading though!
I had used this '151' before after buying it at a shop. But when I came back to use more from the tube it had hardened and was unusable. I bought some on Amazon. It was usable, if a little hard to squeeze. My recommendation is to buy several tubes, so you always have a fresh one, but the shelf life is given as 18 months unopened, 2-3 months after opening. Once a tube is opened, to keep it usable for as long as possible, I would clean the 'spout' and properly tighten the cap, possibly with a bit of plastic bag over the hole, and then really push all excess up from the bottom of the tube into the upper area. When you do come to use it, you may have to carefully dig out the hole with a small screwdriver. The bag will be stuck to it! Why four stars then? This glue has qualities and performance that I have not found in any other easily available adhesive. Adjustable for 5 minutes. Full curing time, one hour. Resistant to shock impact (reading the pack here), water and high temperatures. Retains some flex in larger volume applications. Has a tough rubbery quality in thick applications. Used thinly between materials, it will be incredibly strong and immovable. Sticks 'hard to stick' materials together. Clear, jelly-like appearance. Can be used as a non-slip substance once set. Just one warning, don't get it on your skin. It won't bond it like super glue but it is very sticky and hard to get rid of. Use disposable gloves. This stuff is as tough as old boots, and should make a good repair on them!

Work`s very well (so far)
After my favourite pair of walking boots had one of the soles fail (hanging off by the heal) I thought it was the end of them however, this glue really works if you use it correctly. I made sure the boots were dry (leather upper and rubber sole) and the mating surfaces were clean, I then applied the glue to both sides in an even layer and used half a dozen elastic bands to hold them together overnight. So far two weeks later and approximately 15+ miles of walking through all weather they have held perfectly, some people have reported that the glue while in date is quite thick to get out of the tube, just place the tube in a little warm water prior to application and that should sort it although I did not need to do this.

Out of useable shelf life.
When did you arrived, it is almost impossible squeeze the tube for the glue to come out. It was almost as if it had been lying around on the shelf for ages and the glue was not soft enough! Not enough to complain about as the price was so low! Both tubes have been binned.

Not that effective
I used this glue to fix the sole of my Wellies. The bond failed after two wears!

So sticky, my fingers are glued together, I'm typing this with my nose like a woodpecker would!
Sticky, sticky, sticky! If you like putting things together permanetly but without the insane 0-60 mph superglue sticking time, then here's your Stirling Moss of Glue! My WW2 soles of my jackboots......FIXED! The canopy of my BF 109 G.....fixed! My left bipod leg of my MG42.....fixed.... with no fuss!! My Jeep 3.6l engine knocking? Nope! No glue can fix that! That would be insane.

Firm adhesion, with a bit of 'give'
This glue is great if you need a little bit of movement or 'give' . Have used several times, and it is always good. One drawback is that once opened, it is not possible to get a great seal on the tube - the content go 'off' if not used within a relatively short period ( 5 or 6 weeks).

Dries quick
I love this product because it stays flexible, perfect for shoes. But after one use it dries, Doesn't matter how much film paper put around it when closing.
