Fish love it.
My fish really like it and it protects against parasites. Doesn't effect the water quality.

Garlic Guard : A Lifesaver for My Wild Discus
Garlic Guard Review: A Lifesaver for My Wild Discus Garlic Guard has been an absolute lifesaver for my wild discus! When my discus went on a hunger strike, I was desperate to find a solution to get them eating again. After some research, I decided to give Garlic Guard a try, and I am so glad I did. I soaked their food in this product, and to my amazement, they started eating again almost immediately. It seems the garlic scent and flavor really stimulated their appetite. I truly believe this product played a significant role in saving my discus’s life. Not only does it work as an appetite enhancer, but it’s also easy to use and doesn’t cloud the water. I highly recommend Garlic Guard to anyone dealing with picky eaters or fish that have stopped eating—it’s a game-changer!

Snake oil... possibly?!
Fancy claims, fancy bottle. I have used this for a bit now and can’t tell you it works with picky eaters, that it is a nutritional benefit, or that it helps fish fight off Ich or parasites like flukes. To many other factors like water quality or tank mates etc. My fish eat the same offerings with or without this product... I wouldn’t buy it again because I have seen no obvious benefit.

Helps getting fussy eaters to eat!
Seachem is my go to brand for supplements for my marine fish. Have had a few fish over the years take a while to settle in and start eating properly. By soaking pellets and flakes in garlic guard it helps to attract the fish to the food. They seem to love it and my once fussy eating fish are now fat and healthy and eat like pigs! This is also good for getting fish back to health after a disease such as ich.

SeaChem Garlic Guard
Put a splash of this with any fish food and the fish will go for it. Was struggling to get my MBU puffer to eat cockles, with no shell as he’s still a bit small, wouldn’t even touch it, kept to snails, brine shrimp and bloodworms, when I soaked it in this stuff he has actually started to nibble at it, so it does work. Not to sure about health wise but definitely attracts the fish to eat. Plus it’s SeaChem so no issues with quality.

I got this for Discus fish that were being picky about eating certain food. Not only that, I wanted to introduce more food, higher protein and this is perfect for all of that. Some fish will take time to get around, this doesn't work right away but as you continue to use it, you'll see better results with each use!
