Hoka Speed Goat - Extended Life
I got UK size 11 for Hoka Speed Goat and had to cut them down to fit. Used the old insoles as a guide and worked pretty well. Found they provided extra comfort and cushioning in an oldish pair of shoes which will now last a bit longer.

Amazing insoles
I bought these gel insoles mainly for long days on my feet, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. The gel cushioning feels soft yet supportive — it absorbs impact nicely, especially around the heel and arch. I’ve tried them in both running shoes and work boots, and they fit snugly without sliding around. One thing I appreciate is that they don’t develop that strong “sweaty plastic” smell after long use; the material seems to stay fresh even after a few hours of wear. They’re also easy to trim for a perfect fit. If you have flat feet or do a lot of walking or standing, these are a solid upgrade over the basic foam insoles most shoes come with. I wouldn’t call them miracle workers, but they definitely help reduce fatigue and discomfort.

Sizing is off
Sizing is wrong, do not trust what is on the product. Check fit before cutting. Insole is actually very comfy

These not made for walking
I had high hopes for these insoles. They came next day on prime great service. They felt great and that's the one and only good thing about them ho and easy to cut so two things. Inserted in to my safety work trainers and within 3 days they fell apart mainly they yellow bits on them came completely away on both, I do a lot of walking in my job but would expect a lot longer,anyway I had to buy normal insoles to replace them so more cost to me. I had every intention of sending them back but my wife thought they where old ones which anybody would given the state of them and thrown them away while I was at work. These weren't cheap and even if they was I'd expect them to last longer
