At age 64 (male) I started using this product in October 2023. Two reasons for using this are to prevent cognitive problems and improve hair thinning and loss. As for cognitive it has helped with memory and problem solving. For hair it really helped beyond my expectations. I never had a problem being bald and neither of my parents. People said I have thick healthy looking hair since I was a teenager. In 2014 I noticed hair on the shower floor and slowly increasing. I noticed more lost hair on combs and hair brushes. I started using different brands of collagen (pills and powder) in 2015 for hair. To me they didn't help. I found two collagen powders (1. Types I & III, 2. Types I,II,III,V,X) that seemed to work really well with Prime Powders Spermidine. Taking 2 Brands of collagen was my own experiment. No more hair on the shower or brush. Now I have long hair to my shoulders. A lot of comments have been said by women and men the past year over the thickness over hair. I went to a hair stylist to even the length of my long hair. She said you really have THICK - FAT hair! As for any supplements I've always said everyone is different and what works for you may not work the same for someone else. I would show people the new short hair that would stand out like I have static electricity. That was proof for me that Prime Powders Spermidine is a great product to consider. I take Prime Powders Spermidine every day. I'm trying to find a photo of the short static new hair. If not found I will take another one. This product seems to improve my memory skills. I have also noticed my metabolism runs faster when taking Spermidine. I also take it because it improves blood flow. I've also noticed that Spermidine helps reverse my thinning hair and prevents hair loss.

I have felt the effects of Spermidine it is now going one 3 weeks of use, in which I will up my dosage. I have felt more energy that feels natural and not like caffeine, I have also had quicker recovery time after tough workouts since I've been taking it. I will up the dosage to two dosages to see how the effects are but I cannot complain at the moment. The packaging could use a bit more color to the graphics just for visual purposes but the packaging itself is pretty standard for vitamins so its neither good nor bad. Overall I will continue to take this product to see the long term effects, which Im hoping are just as good as the short term.

I was recommended this product by a dietitian to promote hair growth . I have been using it for about a month and I have been loosing less hair since using this product .

In researching, it states that Spermidine supplementation has been shown to help maintain a healthy hormone balance and reduce oxidative stress. It will also bolster healthy cell regeneration, promoting healthy liver function, and enhancing memory and cognitive function. He has just finished his first bottle. From start to now, he definitely feels a difference in his energy level, and he can concentrate easier. Still has a long way to go, but definitely is feeling positive effects. He said no odor or taste. I should also note, HE IS NOT A PILL PERSON, so for him to continue using this, it is because it is doing something.

I’ve only been taking for a short time but have noticed beginnings of improved hair growth length

I’ve taken for several months and I really don’t notice that it’s doing anything for me. This last subscription order was way too expensive so I won’t be ordering again.

I am a 73 yo (195 pounds) male and have used for ten days. I take one tablet before breakfast. From the first time, I experienced incredible energy, mood elevation and a strange sense of peace.
