Well designed, light shelving unit . Good stability (with proper distribution of items stored) and quite easy to assemble. An excellent, reasonably priced storage solution with good capacity. ideal for a nook or cupboard where it can be wheeled in and out easily. I like that the distance between shelves can be adjusted as needed. Good value for money.

We picked up the Amazon basics 5-shelf medium storage to help organise our under the stairs space, and it’s been a solid purchase. For the price, it’s surprisingly sturdy and holds a good amount of weight. It definitely saved a lot of space and covers higher. Assembly took a bit longer than expected. The instructions are clear, but aligning everything into place was a bit fiddly without a second pair of hands. If you’re doing it solo, just be patient and take your time. Once it is done, it is easy to use. It feels a little bit flimsy, but sturdy. If you’re after a budget-friendly shelving unit that doesn’t compromise on strength, this is a great pick.

This is well designed, and easy to install. Not super stable on carpet without bolting it to a wall or something, but it's not weak or wobbly. Strapping a couple together with cable ties and adjusting the feet well gets you something pretty stable. It looks good enough for a home office or laundry room. In your kitchen or bathroom, it will look very industrial. Think commercial kitchen, not home. Though, that may be what you're going for in your home, I suppose. As far as size and weight capacity go: it's not as big as most garage shelving units, so check carefully that the size will work for you before purchasing. Neither is it on a par with the toughest steel garage shelving units that can hold a 250kg per shelf or something like that. BUT, for home office or laundry use, it should take whatever you reasonably decide to throw on there (up to 150kg per shelf is the claim), with a bit of care as to how you spread the weight out. Bear in mind that the weight needs to be spread FLATLY across the wire shelving, so something that is round or sits on feet or ridges, even if those line up with wires, will need a flat board of some kind underneath to spread the weight. Which then makes you wonder if you should just buy a non-wire shelf unit. In short: not everything to everyone. But, for what it is, it's good.

This is an amazing product! The quality is excellent. It’s easy to assemble and looks great. I bought it for storage in my shed but it’s so well made and attractive it could go in any room in the house.

I really love that wire racking become so cheap and easily purchased. However, not all wire racking is born equal. A lot of price adjacent wire racking is made of thinner and more flexible wire racking. Amazon Basics racking is a lot more solid and sturdy. Recommended.

I really like this shelving unit and the quality is comparable to the price. This was easy to assemble; however, I would recommend having 2 people to assist each other. I used this for extra shelving in shed and it held all of my garden gear. It feels solid for my items. I don't know if this could handle very heavy items. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.
