**Q: Will this solution kill germs and bacteria?**
A: This is a quality product on tiles or any hard flooring 
It kills all germs and leaves a nice smell

**Q: Does the Crosswave still work if you don't use this solution?**
A: Yes it will suck up grubby loose dirt - but it’s no different to a mop in that if you don’t use cleaner you don’t get a perfect job - but it will still give a reasonable job.
I think it is a fantastic tool - makes life do much easier. And shamed me when I see what it picks up from a supposedly clean floor!

**Q: Can this be used this with a Braava robot mop?**
A: Most cleaning fluids can be used in most cleaners but you will forfeit the guarantee if the cleaning fluid has not been recommended by the supplier.

**Q: Can you use on upholstery?**
A: Yes I use the wash on my rug also used it to clean small carpet room no issues as the machine has 2 settings for both hard floors which I use on my porcelain tiles and other setting for rugs so it does work
