An older relative 'had' to have this phone, so it was ordered, arrived timely and looked and I am sure worked very well. The problem was the relative, as this phone was beyond their ability to operate. Return was a breeze, and within the 30-day window for same. Initial cost of $679 phone + $61.20 tax = $740.20 total. Refund was only $197.00 based upon a "Restocking Fee Refund Deduction: $543.20." The phone had been turned on and attempted to be used, only way to find out it would not work for them. Before returning phone 'reset' to original setting per its menu. I more than expected to be charged something for this, but this amount! Should this fee be standard across the board, I have had a valuable monetarily/mental schooling. SHOULD THIS BE THE NORM FOR THIS DEALER, ANYONE LOOKING AT THEIR 'FOR SALES,' DO NOT LOOK AT - STOP BY SITE, WALK VERY - VERY BRISKLY BEYOND THEM AND THEIRS! I can find nowhere on original purchasing ticket/site anything related to this amount of a gouging should an item be returned. This is technically 8% of phone cost being returned to me ($543.20 div by $679.00 = 8%).

Excelente producto; calidad y precio

By far my favorite phone. The battery life is great, main hinge is very durable, and i think its a good value for the money. The screen quality is comparable to other phones. I would recommend a screen protector for your front screen because I've cracked 2 of them, but it was definitely my fault and not the phone's. Until that point, I didn't even notice a scratch. The only other issue I've had was overheating, but only in direct sunlight. Other than that, over heating was not an issue. This phone feels great in the hand and is a good size inside and out.

Good phone no scratches, except for the bubble type experience on the middle which is from screen cover,overall usage is good! No problem yet.

I haven't had the phone 30 minutes yet, so nothing bad! I've heard of people getting fast service I have never got service this fast. I'm almost thinking this company lives next door to me. I'll comment later after I've gotten a chance to get used to it about how great the party is but it was packaged extremely professional it was packaged great very great so I have nothing bad to say!! That was 30 minutes after getting the phone but 4 days later a line appeared on the screen. I immediately contacted RECELL There were problems in communication right off the bat. I wasn't displeased right then, I know it's a business but in today's times. You can't expect a person to go without a phone for 2-3 days. Especially one that cost so much, I venture to say myself like most people don't understand the difference in a third party company on Amazon. And Amazon stores directly, I sent my previous phone in to, to have a discount rate on the new phone from "recell" but they are separate. So I would have no fall back phone they didn't care, I asked but there was no work around. Not to mention you can't talk to anybody directly, Everything has to be on email or through Amazon site. Where you have x amount of characters in which to type a message. The purchase description doesn't tell you all of these things! After all of this, I find out I'm only getting half or my $900/something Repayment. Because they say the phone was broken. It was not broken! And it was not shipped broken, it was shipped in the same box my brand new phone was. It was packaged very well, and there was no cracks on the screen, they attempted to send me a screenshots but nothing would open. DON'T BUY REFURBISHED PHONES from them "RE-CELL". My wife tried to tell me not to but I was trying to save money now I've paid more! You NEVER HAVE TO WORRY about me buying anything from you again!!

I am so happy with my new phone. It is just as if it was new. No scratches, perfect for Pre-owned /renewed. I really appreciate the seller being fair and selling me the right phone. Love it is like my 8 years old toy. It was delivered faster than stated; quick delivery. Great phone, love it. I already activated with my ATT SIM card. The setup went smoothly, not problems at all.

This phone is perfect so far, everything working and all that jazz. But I noticed when trying to activate it is when I realized the esim #1 was carrier locked #2 was not. This phone was bought unlocked and should fully be unlocked. So good value, temps stay good even when gaming, also fast because all screens are high quality and fast. Battery was surprisingly good too.

No sé si aun tiene resistencia IPX8 la tienda "TECNONAR" aun no me responde esa pregunta. No venía la llave para abrir la charola del chip . A la batería le dura muy poco la carga ,lo usaré un par de días más para revisar bien su rendimiento. Con Respecto a la estética del teléfono, solo le falto la caja original y dirías que es un teléfono de tienda, por que llego prácticamente nuevo, sin un arañazos .

A los 3 meses dejo de funcionar la pantalla doble. Mal producto. No tiren su dinero. Lástima que no puedo dar 0 estrellas

fue regalo para mi hijo y fue fácil de utilizar y actualizar la data desde su celular anterior

El equipo está en muy buen estado, y a 3 días de uso la batería está jalando muy bien, la pantalla no trae pixeles muertos y donde entra el cargador solo tiene poco uso, los puntos a considerar llegó con cable y cargador genérico de muy baja calidad. La caja no trae manuales y la pantalla chica viene con una mica que no le queda pero sirve para no rayarse.
