It is very difficult to find the On/Off button on the side. For logistical reasons, we needed that configuration. And the size is a bonus.

Perfect for grow lights. Very happy with my purchase and would buy again.

They are smaller than a typical one so if it’s something you need because of the space that it’s gonna go in, it needs to be a little bit smaller. These will work. I find that the sections that you press down and up don’t always stay how you put them I’m not sure what it is. They’re not the best I have better. I just needed some that would fit in a specific location.

They work well and serve their purpose without costing very much.

I originally gave this product a 5-star review. The setup was easy, the schedule options were solid, and I liked how straightforward everything was. I bought two of them to control my aquarium light and CO₂ injection, and for the first week or two, both worked exactly as expected. But then I noticed my CO₂ wasn’t turning off at the right time, and the drop checker was starting to go yellow. I checked everything and realized the mechanical timer dial on one of the plugs was spinning way too slowly — enough to throw off the entire timing cycle. It still “works” in the sense that it turns on and off, but the rotation is so off-schedule that it’s basically useless for automation. This nearly wiped out my plants, since CO₂ running without light can gas out the fish or crash pH fast in a planted tank. If I hadn’t caught it when I did, I probably would have lost a lot more. The second unit is still working fine, so this may have just been a defective one. But when you’re depending on these to run something sensitive like a solenoid, even one slow-spinning unit is a big problem.
