Great quality magnesium
I have been taking this magnesium for over a year now and am very pleased with it. I highly recommend! It’s more costly than other magnesiums but I feel worth the cost based on it’s ingredients especially L-threonate. I feel calmer, better rested and less anxious since taking it. I take it at night before bed. I originally started taking this through my Dr’s office. This was my first purchase of it on Amazon.

Good quality helps me sleep
The magnesium supplement has been effective in helping me sleep longer thru the night. Helping me go back to sleep after I wake up during the night. The product has a pleasant flavor. I went from waking up every hour to urinate to sleep 3 to 4 hours straight and returning to sleep right away.
