Can anyone help me step by step on how to activate and set the time in Fortress mode, it seems that whenever I want to confirm the time at the end of the setting it cancels the whole setting and returns again to a point of zero which is very frustrating since I know the normal cancel code I need a stricter mode than Standard lock pattern

La caja y el mecanismo funcionan muy bien, el diseño es funcional y se logra todo lo prometido. Sin embargo, al leer las instrucciones, se observa que 2 de los 3 modos de bloqueo se cancelan utilizando el conocido código gamer Konami. No creo que haya sido prudente utilizar un popular código gamer para anular el funcionamiento de un aparato que está relacionado con tecnología y gadgets. En las instrucciones no hay indicaciones de que se puedan cambiar dicho código.

Excellent product . Does what it promises. Can store phones , camera, tv remote or even small android tablet. Easy to use and the fortress mode make it so much easier for me to get a digital detox. And distraction free deep work. No more scrolling digital media for me. I had adult ADHD and the phone was like a drug. Give it a try!! It helps. On a side note. I accidentally locked it in fortress mode for 30 days instead of 17 hrs . !! Reached out to the support team via email and within 20 minutes they were able to get it open for me . Very quick to responde and very prompt in their actions in solving my problem .

I was looking forward to getting this because I get distracted by my phone easily when reading books or studying. Got it today in the mail and tested it a few times for a few minutes of locking and testing the cancellation codes etc to make sure it was working. Was working fine on the tests. Finally decided to put my iPhone in it for two hours to read. Once the two hours was up it made the sound of it unlocking but it wouldn’t open. I spent a good half an hour trying everything to get it to open, tried opening the top in different directions incase one side needed to lift first or both at once etc, did a few minutes of locking it, locked it then canceled, replaced the batteries. Nothing worked. I ended up having to pry it open cause this was just before my bed time and I have work the next day with my iPhone being my alarm clock. It’s now unusable since I had to pry it open and parts of it bent. If I could give a lower rating I would, I wanted to love this product but I’m so disappointed and it was a big waste of money.
