Great product, and the range should provide an option for all needs
It’s worth knowing your bloods and discussing what supplements are most likely to suit your needs before selecting from the menopace range. For me the Calcium one is perfect. My blood results so far have been good since I started this and I am feeling less of the discomforts associated with menopause.

Helps you on your menopause journey
The joys of menopause, the brain fog and the night sweats. Another problem can be a loss of calcium, not great for your bones. Indeed a menopause supplement with calcium. This is it. I'm not gonna lie, it's a biggun. You need a good chug of water to chug it down. But I did notice fewer night sweats. Which were a pain. Vitabiotics are a well established vitamin and supplement company who don't add worrying ingredients to their products. If you are having difficulties with your menopause, please see a GP. You don't have to suffer. My only quibble, the blister packaging is very wasteful. Too much packaging is not very green.

Great tablets to reduce the side effects of Menopause
You can notice the difference, 2 to 3 days after taking the tablets as instructed by the notice. I will buy them again. Many thanks for your great product!

Calcium makes the difference
I've been taking these for some time and really help. I ran out a while ago and tried one of the other boxes in the menopace range as the calcium ones were out of stock. Within a few days I had really bad pains in my hips and legs. When I managed to get these again the pains went so they definitely make all the difference for me.

Great Combination
Love these because I can’t tolerate calcium tablets on their own. No idea if they work though. However, I’d now to be too nervous to stop!
