The colour is off-white, they are not dark

You could print on it, but I'm not sure why you'd want to. This paper is sort of scratchy, and an off-white colour. It would be more expensive to print on this paper than on regular printer paper, and the paper just isn't very nice. Definitely depends on what sort of project you have in mind.
