I’ve been drinking it every night before bed and will wake up running to the toilet at 6 am rocking back and forth! And I’m fine after that. Also I don’t know if it’s just me but every time I drink water I’m running back to the bathroom! This really works and cleans you out!!! When I started I was at 217lbs and within a week and a half I’m at 210lbs .. my goal is to get under 200! I’m almost there

If you need to lose a few fast pounds this can help. Let's just say nothing has the chance to stay in and make you weigh more! Let me just give you a few tips if you are considering it tho. People say don't add sugar or honey. Sure you can try and do it that way but there is one thing I feel you should know. Without a spoon full of honey, this stuff taste like your drinking hay water! You know that smell when you go to a farm and just mowed the hay field.... that's exactly how it taste!! Add some honey and it isn't as bad. Also People say do 2 tea. Please don't. Those are the people you see hugging the toilet paper roll bagging for mercy. One tea bag is all you need. I drink it around 9pm sometimes 10. By 8am it's kicking in and well you know how that works. Also, don't trust a fart! For real..... your guts kinda liquefy to say the least. But again it works but don't over do it. Hope this helps anyone who was considering it P.s. ** don't drink the day before you have to go to church or funeral services. I made that mistake! Your stomach will be the loudest thing in the room and you can't hide it when everyone around you says "oh my gosh that's her stomach " so embarrassing

This tea should definitely come with a warning - do not take if planning to leave the house. The taste is actually decent, I’m not a big tea person but this wasn’t bad. The tea is VERY effective for what it’s for, however it doesn’t react right away. It took about 20 hours the first time and 12 hours to take effect. And both times I had to RUN to the bathroom so I wouldn’t suggest leaving the house the day after taking this. And believe me when I say it will CLEANSE your system!

This is not the colon cleanse super laxative many of you are claiming this product to be, or if it is, then you're having an adverse reaction and need to stop use or you're drinking way more than you should. This is a good stool softener/light laxative. This tea is described on the box as a laxative, but it's not a strong laxative. It worked more like a stool softener for me (which is more of what I wanted). It also took effect more than 12 hours after I drank it. The box says to wait anywhere from 6 to 24 hours. Those of you saying you had explosive diarrhea within 10 minutes are either lying or physically ill. If you take it as per the directions on the box, it should help you go within 24 hours. I'm giving it 3 stars because it works well for its purpose but tastes awful. Honey does help a bit, but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't miserable to drink. Definitely worth it if you're backed up though. This is a great tea to keep things moving as they should.
