Not BMW oem replacements.
These are useless. The piece you'd expect to push in to expand the 'fingers' does not move. These are one solid piece. Tested on a 3 series wheel arch liner.

Exactly what I was hoping for
Got these to refit the wheel arch liner on my BMW 330d (F31) after repairing the washer pump. They are fine, perfect fit and hold as they should. Highly recommended and the whole packet cost less than BMW want for just one rivet.
