Unbelievable and amazing customer service through and through. Honestly. I had a message on here, saying 2 attempts were made and unsuccessful. I looked on my ring doorbell and there was no footage on 1 attempt, let alone 2. I got in touch with the seller and they were absolutely brilliant. Very quick response and went above and beyond. Great solid case just watch for the leather
The case is extremely sturdy in the sense of its hardness. However the leather edge has come unstuck via poor glueing down of the exterior. Overall the case is great though with internal storage sections and holders for documents.

This brief case is an excellent product and well worth the money. It's exactly as described in the product description and well made. It came well packaged even before being boxed up for delivery. Would highly recommend to other customers.

I’ve given five stars for a great service and a smooth return for refund as the product wasn’t what I expected from a briefcase basically badly put together with seems not glued professionally so can’t be too harsh wouldn’t recommend

VERY DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT BUY. Seller sent me a defective suitcase, which they then refused to refund. Sadly, Amazon couldn't help as the refund process took weeks and the timeline was lost by then. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SELLER.

It holds a lot and looks sturdy and smart.
After my previous briefcase had given over 30 years service it began to come apart. So a replacement was chosen. When it arrived it looked the part for the role it would be used for, and unlike one that was sent back as there was no information on how to ser the security catches up, and when a way was found the lock was jammed and unable to reset. The new one had the instructions needed, and soon all of the items were stored away inside. The extendable feature is very useful, because at times more items need carrying, whilst at other times the case can be made slimmer by fastening the four straps inside to the press stud fittings. A very smart item that looks the part.
