Great at Home Reformer
So glad I made the investment! This was fairly easy to assemble, came with all tools and instructions needed. The instructions suggest 2 people to assemble but I was able to do it on my own without any issues. The reformer is long so I would recommend measuring the room you are putting it in. You'll need room at the foot of the reformer and the sides to do all exercises correctly. If you are an advanced reformer user and used to studio reformers this may not be for you, but I found it perfect for an at home gym. A couple things I would change, more padding on the foot bar and an easier way to adjust the hand and foot straps. There are instructions on how to adjust both but no guidance on what you should be using based on your height. Very happy with the purchase overall.

Perfect for home!
I looked for weeks for the perfect option for my house. I attend studio classes 4-5x a week but wanted something I could do as soon as I woke up or on days I can’t make it to class. This one definitely satisfied all my needs! It’s not as fancy as the studio reformers, but it does everything I need. Assembly was easy with the help of my boyfriend, and delivery was quick. I’m happy with it. Planning to keep it with me as a lifetime piece of equipment.

A couple of problems
The machine was good but one of the ropes with the hand food strap had been cut and so the strap was 4 inches shorter than the other. A problems. Also the manual gives you a code to redeem for videos - the URL doesn't exist. The is completely annoying. There is some learning curve here and I can't get to the learning videos. Frustrating.

Needs better foot bar padding and straps
Great machine and unlimited options with the length and sturdiness ….however for the price the hand straps and foot bar lack quality. Had to purchase additional padding for feet and after market straps! The factory ones aren’t ideal for foot in straps.
