I really liked this teapot. The material feels of good quality and the handle is soft and comfortable when carrying it. The water heats up quite quickly and also maintains the temperature for good weather. In addition, it has a nice design and feels resistant. So far it has worked very well and I am satisfied

Love the look and the functionality. Easy to clean and pour. Heats up perfectly and love the old school style (whistle). Great value for the price, 100% recommendation.

Bought this less than 60 days ago to replace a 6 year old tea kettle that started to show interior rust spots.I've use it every day for boiling only water to make instant coffee, hot tea that steeps in the teacup and Swiss Miss instant hot cocoa mixed in the cup. NEVER has any other ingredient than H2O been in this "STAINLESS STEEL" Tea kettle and YET...It's starting to get tiny rust spots on the inside bottom.I really Love the look and initially I loved the performance. But now it's showing rusty specks inside.I'm saddened and disappointed.Update 2/7/26 contacted by seller and they made things right. Great company with concern for the customer. I added a extra star for this unusual situation. I would most likely refer their products as they stated I was the only complaint they've had over a defective kettle.I Appreciate their integrity.

The matte black finish with chrome accents looks premium and blends perfectly into a modern kitchen interior. The handle is very ergonomic and stays cool. The whistle lever is located right under your finger on the handle, making it easy to pour water with one hand without risking steam burns.Loud and clear—you can easily hear it even from another room.Moderate weight. The kettle feels solid and well-made, and the lid fits securely, good price,An excellent kettle from SUSTEAS. Water boils quickly, and the capacity is ideal for the whole family. Extremely happy with the purchase, highly recommended!

I have had this for 8 months and the entire inside is full of rust. I was happy with the look but sadly it was a waste of money since now I have to replace it.

This was a gift for my mom she loved it and it looks cute in her kitchen. The quality is good and not too heavy

I love it. I was looking for one for my mom. So far everything is going well. I like that the nozzle is made of stainless steel and not rubber. Good whistle. Not too high. It also looks good on my stove. The handle doesn't heat up, everything is perfect

Very attractive kettle, stands out in my kitchen. The whistling's a bit soft, though.
