will this remove old blood stains from mattress?

I’ve found it excellent on blood stains but have never tried it on old blood stains so can’t be 100% sure that it would work. It has a brush on the top of the bottle to properly work the stain remover into the fabric which would help. Worth a try I reckon.

I'm specifically looking to use this product to remove caked-in deodorant stains on coloured clothing. Will this work for that?

Should be yeah but maybe do a soak of it once you've applied the stain remover. Then apply some more stain remover before putting through the wash 40°C if the item can be washed at that temperature. Good luck 🤞
