No, they're a snug fit on their own.

Good to protect face from sprayed liquid chemicals? How sealed are they around the eyes?

Not really. The "legs" that sit on the nose inherently induce a gap under the glasses. My replacement Bolle Tracpsi, trucker-style, are very well sealed, I wanted glasses to prevent sawed wood particles entering the eyes. If those chemicals you mentioned are dangerous, I'd wish some rubber band holding the glasses tight, kind-of snowboarder goggles-style. I don't know if such thing exists on the market though. So, Bole SILPSF is not the thing, stuff can enter from underneath the glasses. They're more for cycling, to protect against sun or very very simple projectiles (like nerfs maybe).
