Hello! Today I am reviewing "Ubiquinol CoQ10, 600mg" by Besibest. I came from a medical family and was taught to do my research, and do it well. So, I have: first scholastically on the product itself (ingredients, quantities, etc...) and then actually taking it. I have been studying nutrition for three decades and enjoy doing it, so I am happy to tell you my results with this fine supplement. I have been an intense athlete (cycling, basketball, surfing, weightlifting, swimming, frisbee, and running) throughout that time. I have always tried to get the nutrition correct as many circles consider that more important than the actual choice of which exercise. I am now in my fifties and my nutritional choices are paramount. The reason I bought this product was to increase my energy levels to increase (or at least maintain) athletic performance. I bought these supplements for my elderly mother and I to take for our heart health. The gel capsules are smooth, large, and soft. They can get slightly sticky in the heat, but they are still relatively easy to swallow. They have no off-putting smell or taste. We have been taking them for a while and we have had no ill side effects. My mother's blood pressure and affect seem to improve while she is taking these. I don't have any glaring health issues, so I can't really tell much of a difference for myself. Overall, I am pleased with this product. I think this is a quality supplement for the current price.
