Tastes like rubbish, but worth it?
Well, first taste I was gagging. I think it does good, I do feel a bit radiance after a few, think you have to drink it everyday though. I found putting 8n the coldest part of your fridge and/or freezer, it is easier to swallow. The price is slightly offputting though, roughly around £20 for 10 days, so expensive for a months worth, and do you have to constantly drink it? We like the Hair extra and Maximum support tablets! We both female and hair has improved, amazingly, length and strength and looks amazing!

Tasted nasty and smells of fish
These are about the size of one of the probiotic yogurt drinks bottles so there's not much to have get down. The idea is you take one of these with your main meal to aid in absorption of the vitamins and minerals. I did so, andafter five days, I could see that my skin was softer and my skin looked brighter. I'm finishing the ten-day course, but I will make the switch to tablets. One is because of the prohibitive cost and two, the taste. It's awful. Upon opening the bottle,there is a fish oil and fruit scent. The taste is reminiscent of an antibiotic liquid I once was given, so sweet and fruity but with a nasty undercurrent of something medicinal. Just YECHHHHHHH!
