I have bought this Luxe bidet Neo 185 Elite and it's superb. Everyone like using it and I had some guests since then and they all like it and were impressed how practical it is to have it. Very easy to use and fitted under toilet seat as it wasn't there. Saying all that the fitting wasn't straight forward. As this bidet was ment for US standards it didn't fit, due to size differences between UK and US. So i had to visit a local plumber shop and buy some adapters and a extension pipe to make it fit. Once I got all the right fittings then installation was straight forward with the guide of their video and instructions included with packaging. I have contacted their CS and send them an copy of invoice for the extra fittings that I bought and guess what, they immediately refunded me in full for the extra fittings. Absolutely amazing customer service 👏. And to top it up, I did register the product via their website to extend the warranty to 2 year's and as a thank you i received free 2 WHIFT toilet scents 60ml each. I am so happy i invested on this product and not on those cheaper ones because I got a lot more than expected and the quality of product is top notch 👌 I would recommend this product to anyone. Very happy customer 😀 🚽

Super easy for a DIYer to install, had to aquire a '1/2 inch 3 way tee connector', could only find one off of Amazon (£8.99), worked a treat, and a 15cm hose extended from B&Q (£2.50) Make sure you use nylon tape on your threads! Once fitted it does a right good number on your starfish, excellent water pressure, the Mrs is chuffed with the feminine wash at least once a month. Excellent value for money, got a resale one for £25, turned up unused but opened, all bits there.

Easy to fit. Works perfectly. Will pay for itself in a few months.

Excellent quality and easy to install. But please be aware if you are buying this in the UK that the ‘T’ fitting is for US appliances so I purchased this G1/2" Diverter Valve Brass 3 Way T Shape Adapter Universal Shower System Component Replacement Part Water Diverter Valve Shower Hose Splitter for Handheld Bidet and Sprayer, Chrome https://amzn.eu/d/26dBfRN and it works perfectly.

I’m disappointed with this and have returned it. I booked a plumber to install it, although the blurb said that it was easy. He said that the diverter valve wouldn’t fit standard UK piping and that it was made for US plumbing. I’ve sent it back and received a Bumm’s bidet kit instead which does fit UK piping and is a third of the price

While I had high hopes for this toilet bidet attachment, I encountered a few hurdles during the installation process. Our main water supply was located at a distance that the provided pipe couldn’t reach. As a result, we had to call in a professional plumber, which added to our initial investment. Contrary to what we thought, the setup wasn’t as straightforward as it appeared to be. You may want to consider this if you’re planning to install it yourself and have a somewhat unusual plumbing layout. Once installed, the bidet does its job well enough. However, I found that the angle of the water isn’t fully adjustable, which somewhat compromises its usability. In summary, while this attachment is functional and gets the job done, there are certain aspects that could definitely be improved. It serves its purpose, but I wouldn’t exactly call it an ideal choice. Proceed with caution, and consider these factors before purchasing.

Advertised as zero-gap, but doesn't fit every toilet seat; the protruding nozzle prevents proper closure, and pressing it by hand feels like it might break. I recommend getting one with a compatible seat included, as the kit provided may not fit seamlessly – had to purchase my own tee connector for proper installation.

What is the point in selling an item in the UK and advertising that all fittings are included, to then include fittings not suitable for the UK. Please do the decent thing and provide UK fittings or make it clear that this will be an additional cost to the purchaser.

4 years in and it's still doing a great job. I ordered the one with the lever. A few years later and it looks like the options and price have changed somewhat. Would still buy again 100%

Amazing product and build quality, everyone should have it

*Tipp* Größe der mitgelieferten Anschlüsse laut Installationsanleitung: FlexVerbindungsschlauch: T-Stück: 1/2 ", Eingang Bidet: 1/4 ", Länge: 15" T-Stück: Spülkasten: 15/16", Ausgang zum Bidet: 1/2", Wasserzufluss: 15/16" Die Installation war super einfach: Toilettensitz ab, Bidet darunterlegen, Toilettensitz wider anschrauben. Alles Equipment wird mitgeliefert um dass Bidet an den Spülkasten anzuschließen. Das Einzige Manko hier ist, dass das T-Stück um das Bidet zwischenschalteten im Wasserzufluss des Spülkastens aus Plastik ist. Mann muss unbedingt vorher sicher stellen, dass man alle benötigten zusätzlichen Materialien hat (siehe oben, denn ich musste zum Baumarkt). Dazukaufen musste ich ein 3 Wege Umschaltventil, um den Anschluss vom Duschschlauch an der Badewanne zu nutzen. Mann benötigt natürlich einen Wasseranschluss in der Nähe und wir haben keinen Spülkasten an der Toilette oder Waschbecken neben der Toilette. Je nach Toilettensitz benötigt mann auch noch höhere 'Knöpfe' vorne unten an dem Sitz, damit dieser nicht in der Luft hängt. Das Bidet ist ca 0,5cm hoch. Ich hatte zuerst Bedenken, weil ich nur kaltes Wasser zur Verfügung habe, das merkt mann jedoch bei der Nutzung gar nicht. Gekauft habe ich das Bidet um Blasenentzündungen vorzubeugen (Ergebnisse stehen noch aus). Super ist es auch während der Monatsblutung, weil mann mit dem Drehknopf den Stahl nach vorne richten kann. Zu empfehlen ist es laut Frauenarzt auch für die richtige Hygiene bei Homeriden.

I had used it previously in USA was not sure how well it will work here in India. The order took some time to arrive but it was installled easily by the plumbing guy and works really well. It has lots of setting and can be set according to personal choice. I have ordered a second one for my another bathroom. I am very happy and satisfied with it
