No. Each sheet weighs less than one ounce. I'd guess between 1/4 & 1/2 oz per sheet. Very lightweight. (If you have to answer "not sure"...why bother answering?)

will these let air flow through?

The heated air from the dehydrator and fan flows over and under the Teflon sheets. I use them for drying very small herbs and other items that tend to disintegrate and/or fall through the sheets with larger holes. They are effective. The Teflon sheet is very thin and pliable.

Is the golbalis product bpa free?

The Globalis sheets are Teflon, which is PTFE. A number of articles exist that explain what Teflon is, but it does not contain BPA. Also, the dehydrator would not get hot enough to cause Teflon to break down, and one never uses scrapers on the Teflon sheets to scratch them.
