So, I've had my Weber Q200 since it first came out. I bought my grill at Sears. Since then I have done all sorts of maintenance on the burner tubing to clean it and keep it running, but I finally had to throw in the towel and get a replacement part. (I still have the original part. Still going to fully refurbish it. LOL.) I just changed the regulator and the burner was giving me problems so I got this after-market replacement part. This part does not disappoint. The holes on the tubing are larger, which turned out to be a plus. This element puts out a perfect blue flame and the grill got over 500 degrees in a hurry. I tested it by placing 6 frozen burger patties and 2 frozen Italian sausages on the grill and at half heat it had no problem thawing both and cooking them in less than 20 minutes. That is how it's supposed to work. LOL. So this is a very suitable replacement part. It installs just like the original. So it's just a 1 for 1 swap. Great product. Highly recommend it.

Q style Weber LP grill needed a “facelift”. Original burner holes were clogged with old, solidified grease. These new burners were very easy to install. Fit perfectly. Works very well. Grill now gets hot, quickly.

worked well for a cheaper replacement than Webber. Only issue is lighting the center burner. With the oe Webber burner you would turn on the center burner and the igniter would work right away. With this i need to turn on the loop burner to get the grill to light.

Fit perfectly and burned with nice little blue flames. I would have given it 5 stars if it came with replacement screws. The screws installed with the previous burner tubes get pretty degraded, but I found some screws that worked.

I have a Weber Q 3200 grill. The original burner tube never seemed to work properly. The rear tube would not burn consistently. I purchased this kit, but did not know if it would be too much trouble. I was able to replace the old burner tube with the new one this way: 1) unscrew the slotted screw on the left and keep the screw. 2) grasp the back burner tube and flip it forward. 3) slide the burner tube to the left and it comes out. 4) unscrew the remaining slotted screw and keep the screw. 5) grasp the remaining tube and twist it toward you 6) slide the tube to the left and it comes out. 7) take the new center tube and slide the right end into the valve, which is on the right outside of the grill. 8) center the screw hole on the left side of the burner tube with the screw hole from step four above. 9) screw the screw into the hole. 10) take the new burner tube and slide it into the valve by coming from the inside of the grill from left to right. You may need to twist the tube from back to front to get it in. 11) take the tab on the left side of the tube and place it over the screw hole centering the hole in the tab. 12) take the remaining screw and screw the new tube into the grill. Although this is 12 steps, it’s very easy to do. There are only two screws that hold the tubes in. The tubes just slip into the gas valves on the right side of the grill. Don’t be intimidated by looking at your grill and thinking that it is complicated.

Perfect fit, maybe just slightly more snug than the original but this means that it is also sitting slightly closer to the spark from the starter. I used to light it manually with a lighter but it will now light with the spark/ignitor every time. It burns slightly hotter than the original too. Nice build quality.

Well made and decent quality but will not work with the igniter from my Q3000 I had started a return ordered another from another company and it was worse, so modified this one The mount is too far forwards so the gas holes weren’t close enough tho the spark
