These filters fit the Britta water jug nicely. They are much cheaper than the original cartridges and I haven't noticed any difference in quality between them. These are excellent value for money and are compatible with a wide range of jugs. I haven't had any issues with carbon leaks or suchlike. If you want to save money on your limescale-free kettle, these are perfectly suitable.

Took 1 out of wrapper and fitted into jug nothing happened no water filtering through ? Compared it with the old one they're different thought they were not compatible until eventually finding adapter fitment loose in box with the other new ones now it works would have been nice to be told and not left to work it out.

This was a complete waste of money. The cartridge doesn't have the correct fitting to open the valve in my brita filter jug. Therefore water isn't released into the jug. Don't buy these if you have the jug in my photo. Its not a universal cartridge

I have used these filters over the last year in my Brita water filter. They are much cheaper than Brita water filters and they seem to do the same job. I have not tested the water so cannot say they filter as efficiently as the Brita originals, however the water tastes fine over the same amount of use. I will continue using these filters.

I tried these as the official Britta cartridges cost a fortune now! I must say they are just as good! Water tastes great and I haven’t noticed and particulates floating about. The only criticism is they seem to be every so slightly slower, but that is me being fussy. I will be buying these again

The product supplied is not the product in the image. It lacks the side groves indicated and therefor is not universal and doesn't fit our Brita. We bought it based on the 'Universal' and the image showing side groves. Also, it will not fit your Tassimo Brita water tank. Again, no side groves. More importantly, the company only offers returns if you can print the return certificate. We don't have access to a printer so have been unable print the return certificate. With most companies now offering 'no printer return' options (print at post-office), I won't be buying from them again. Value for money 'less than 1 star' as can't get money back Easy to install 'not possible to install and product not as shown.

Me he arriesgado a comprarlos porque los originales custan mas caros. Ha valido la pena. Entran perfectamente en la brita y filtran el agua, para mi gusto, mejor que el original. No da ningun tipo de sabor al agua. El filtrado es igual de rápido que con el original.

hier stimmt alles - gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, gute Handhabung, sehr gute Filterung habe mich dieses Mal für dieses Modell entschieden, billiger muss ja nicht gleich schlecht sein, so meine Gedanken. Habe zwar erst die 1. Kartusche im Filter, jedoch einheitliche Bewertung meiner Gäste <der Kaffee schmeckt besser als bisher, hast du eine neue Kaffeesorte?>, nein - habe ich nicht, aber eine andere Kartusche als zuvor, so meine Antwort. Auch mir schmeckt der Kaffee und der Tee besser als zuvor, was für diese Kartusche spricht.

Wasser schmeckt mit diesem Filter deutlich besser als direkt aus dem Wasserhahn, was optimal für Tee und Kaffee ist. Außerdem keine Verkalkung mehr im Wasserkocher, also sehr wirksam gegen Verkalkungen. Meine persönliche Meinung: Wasser schmeckt besser als mit den Brite Filtern gefiltert, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache :)
