Review: Excellent - Excellent product. Initially bought one pair as unsure what the quality would be like. Arrived within a couple of days and was very pleased not only with the build quality but also the appearance of the light. The satin nickel finish looks really good and and at this price the finish is excellent. The wall fittings are sturdy and the electrical connections are well made and secure. The LED bulbs give a very nice light not glaringly bright which is what I wanted and of course being LED they run cool. Was so impressed with the first set that I immediately ordered a second set to complete the job.

**Q: I it possible to rotate the base of these? I am looking to install on a bookcase.**
A: I don't understand the question, which part of the light fitting are you calling the base, the rectangular box screws to the wall and the curved tube is hinged on to rectangular box, so the light part goes up or down. There is no facility for rotation.

**Q: As per spec, it takes g9 halogen bulbs. do we have to buy some kit to fit led bulbs?**
A: No.
The cylindrical steel "tube" around the bulb can be rotated to direct the light on to your wall or painting or whatever. 
To replace the bulb you just carefully pull the tube section off (away from the middle), then remove and replace the bulb - but be careful! The tube section gets very hot, so you should let it cool for a while before attempting replacement.

**Q: Can the halogen bulbs be replaced with LED bulbs in these light fittings?**
A: Yes, of course - make sure you get the G9 fitting.And look for the Lumen value, better than watts (Lumen is the amount of light it gives, watt is the amount of power it draws - mostly wasted as heat).Look here for example: https://www.ledhut.co.uk/spot-lights/g9-bulbs/5-watt-g9-led-bulb.htmlRemember - you'll need to check the diameter and length as well to make sure it fits inside the tube fitting! Some are quite large...

**Q: pls what is the designed input voltage?**
A: 240 v0lt AC mains input. They are dimmable.

Good product, easy to fit and looks nice

The chrome finish is fine but I sprayed mine matte black with some stove paint and they look great. Would recommend assembling before you fix them up as the 'light bar' on one of them was slightly wonky. It was perfectly fixable, but quite difficult once it was on the wall. All in all a good little buy - at this price for a pair you can't really go wrong.
