As expected. Strong replacement

Bought this as we had new Velux blinds installed that we could not reach. It fitted our existing pole perfectly & just the job exactly as it should. Really sturdy item that copes well with the strong tension on Velux blinds.

Purchased this after my original Velux opener distorted and eventually broke. I drilled out the genuine fitting from the pole. I then drilled holes in the new plastic fitting so they lined up with the holes in the pole. At this stage I rivited the new head onto the old pole. End result is perfect and now works without slipping and opens the windows with ease.

Much better value than the window brand pole. Works on my keylite windows and blinds and fits into an extendable paint pole.

I already have a few poles at home, so I just wanted to get the hook part to be able to open/close my Velux windows. As I wasn't sure if it would fit my existing poles, I contacted the seller. The seller was very helpful and confirmed the dimensions of the product especially the threads, and also asked for a photo of my existing pole so that he could advise further. I've since bought the hook and it fits perfectly with my pole and works well with opening and closing my Velux windows. Happy that I didn't have to spend more to get the full pole plus hook.

We purchased this to replace the normal metal hook we have been using. Thé metal hook was very difficult to open our new velux windows and left dents in the paintwork around the window. Your hook grabs thé opener of the velux more firmly, and with the instructions you have supplied we can close the window easily too. So far we like our new velux opener.The quality is plastic but solid and the weight very light.

So glad to be able to purchase these. My original one had just broken.
