Greeting, can you tell me how many come in a pack for this price?

There are 12 number 2 HB pencils in the pkg. I always buy them because they are SOOO much better than most #2 pencils. They write dark yet the eraser erases very well, the lead doesn't break easy, they fit in your hand comfortably. They are the best so I don't mind paying a bit more than the cheap ones.

Are Staedtler Noris Pencils with Rubber Tips available in B or 2B?

Unlikely. rubber tip goes with HB (No.2) as this is standard for writing. Other hardness grades are used for special or professional applications, where you are supposed to have all accessories, including eraser options.
