Casio Men's Multi-Dial Solar-Powered Watch with Resin Strap GWG-1000-1A3ER

I've had my eye on this watch for a few years now and decided to treat myself to an absolute juggernaut of a watch :) the gwg 1000 will go down in g shock and timepiece folk law as a modern day classic the newer version gwg 2000 just doesn't have the same xfactor as its earlier counterpart in my opinion its smaller thinner and lighter in weight which takes away the pure ruggedness of the 1st model that's why I went with the 1000 big shout out to jewel hut fantastic next day courier delivery 10/10 customer service would highly recommend:)

Great watch BUT that was a horrible delay in delivery. I have to say that the third party seller did keep in touch and did inform me every step of the way what was happening so the rating covers them as well. However, Amazon customer service was appalling. Even when I spoke to a live operative all I was getting was option replies and information I could have given them. I was a firm Amazon fan for years and up until this purchase. All I can say now is if your purchase goes smoothly then great. But if you get a problem don't rely on Amazon to sort things for you. A shambles.

Solar powered. Bright light - which I find useful in a dark room to be honest! Temp feature not too sure about as I found it high, likely heat from the wrist. Everything else brilliant.

Not had watch long - still learning how to use all of the functions. Watch is big and tough gets a lot of glances very happy

I have owned this watch for a while, and sold it in the end. Pros - Looks great - Very comfortable - strap size allows for a wide range of wrist sizes - radio time setting kept time spot on Cons - temperate gauge is pretty much useless you remove from your wrist - compass worked ok - altimeter didn’t work great Basically it looked good, but all the gizmos on it didnt really work very well.

I didn't purchase this watch from Amazon as at the time other options were better however now that the Amazon price now closely matches what I paid here is an initial review. It's a big watch yes, but the build seems like it will out live me, Built almost to an industrial design as opposed to consumer this watch looks like it will mechanically speaking last a very long time. I have a few G-Shock watches all of them with a resin cases that makes them quite light even though they may be on the larger side of conventional, this fellow has a stainless steel case that you know is on the wrist, not too heavy that you end up with one arm (much) longer than the other but worth considering. The functions are all there for my requirements for the use of this watch, very robust, solar power, compass, good lume, and temperature.. and does not need to be connected to a phone. I already have items that cover that aspect. I wanted a watch that would do what I wanted at times where mobile signal was not available and a watch that did not require charging every day or so but would offer the kind of functionality that would be useful and be very robust to the elements, This ticks all the boxes plus a few more. I already have the PRG-600-1ER from Casio Pro Trek range and that works very well indeed however that watch does not have the atomic clock sync or the robustness of this watch. With arguably some out doors stuff coming up in predicted inclement weather with lack of charging facilities I'm happy with my purchase. Not cheap agreed but on the out set if you want the functionality of a PRG-600-1ER in a much more robust case with the added bonus of radio controlled time sync this watch is definitely worth considering. Design. It's not a dress watch, it's big and deep. However the design is clever such that the case design is such that buttons including the light are designed such that they are unlikely to be pressed by accident by the wearers clothing and drain the battery accidentally. The mechanics seem at first sight identical to the PRG-600-1ER but with the addition of the atomic radio controlled sync feature, of course the innards may have been boosted for ruggedness. It's not quite as comfortable to wear at the PRG-600-1ER being larger and heavier but not to say uncomfortable. This watch has a negative secondary LCD that is not as clear as the normal one used in the PRG-600-1ER but is far better than others. In summary, first impressions are very good. As stated it's not cheap but for my future agricultural needs it is well worth it. Sods law that the price on Amazon is so close to my purchase option.

Voy a empezar agradeciendo al vendedor la rapidez en el envío y profesionalidad . Recomiendo tanto al vendedor como a la calidad del reloj. En segundo lugar el , reloj se puede definir como un todoterreno , olvídate de que se te rompa en una caída como me paso con mi antiguo Apple Watch. Con Este modelo de reloj G-Force puedes prepararte para realizar un curso de supervivencia , o de combate sin miedo ninguno

Très satisfait de cette montre hyper résistante le thermomètre ainsi que la boussole, et l'altimètre , baromètre fonctionne bien. Pour le thermomètre veuillez retirer la montre du poignet ,pour la température soit précisé. Attention cependant lit la notice car là montre et un peut compliqué à comprendre au début ,mais à part je la recommande à tout ce qui travail dans un milieu compliqué exemple chantier, entrepôt , pompier , policier , sport extrêmes etc......montre solaire donc là montre dur presque à vie pas de pile peut marcher sans luminosité pendant 5 voir 6 mois système de veille quand la montre n'est pas dans la lumière ce met à l'heure toute seul dans n'importe quelle pays vous trouverez , car elle est radio piloté
