One teaspoon in the water of this great herbal Powder keeps me energised through the day, lessens drowsiness in the afternoon - and sometimes but definitely not always, keeps me fresh in the evening as well.

I used Capsule form before from other brands and they didn't work at all. Neither did I know how it looked inside and what the taste was so God knows what I was consuming. I heard about Sai herbs Tongkat ali extract powder with Safed Musli, Kauch and Ashwagandha from a gym friend so thought to give it a try. Honestly I consumed capsules from other brands for 3 months and didn't even feel an ounce of effect and I had started taking this powder from this brand quite recently and it feels so premium quality herb and honestly making me feel quite good about my workouts.I don't know if it is supposed to help with sleep and strress but I'm sleeping so good for some days. If it can help others then I want to tell that I'm consuming it in black coffee in the morning and using 2 scoops a day now. I started with 1 Tea Spoon but I wanted to consume more for personal goals.No side effects so far, only high energy and better stamina and performance. Yes. Taste is extremely bitter and you at one point wish if Sai herbs could make it in capsule form. But genuine herb is supposed to be of extremely bitter taste so brand can't do anything about it. My wife consumes it too now and she feels good about this herb too. I think one should try this herb once in a life for 3-6 months to get help naturally regarding low hormone level, libido and ED issues that come with the age. Worth trying definitely!.
