Stick to the instructions that accompany the pans and you won't go far wrong. Good thick base and highly resistant to distortion, unlike certain aluminium pans I could mention. Treat the coating carefully and it should last a good, long time.

I wouldn’t say the product is not good, however washing them in the dishwasher can cause damage on them.
