I've tried lots of preworkout powders and I like this. Taste: I got the strawberry flavour, it tastes like cheap strawberry sweets with a slightly chemical taste but it's not unpleasant. Pretty subjective, but I like the taste and it smells awesome. Ingredients: I can't comment on the quality of the ingredients without lab equipment or getting it tested but the reported ingredients are decent, pretty simple but it's got the key stuff and in good ratios. Effects: The dose on the tub is pretty strong. Really energising, definitely wakes you up and helps you get a really solid and full pump. I have a decent caffeine tolerance so it's great for me but it could be uncomfortable if you're more sensitive to caffeine. It's worth noting that you're not supposed to exceed 400mg of caffeine a day so the dose of 300mg is pretty crazy. You might want to use a half scoop at first unless you're used to lots of coffee or energy drinks.

It tastes awful, but does it do it's job? Yes!! If you want something nice to drink then get a can of dr pepper, this is meant to be knocked back for energy. Also it's not required every single workout, just when your either low on motivation or going for an intense drawn out workout.

Does what it is supposed to has the weird aftertaste tho

Stopped using this as it was giving me very sore heads about 20 30 minutes of drinking it. I have taken Creatine suplements in the past and they have all had side effects. This one i think was the worst as it give me a very sore headache for several hours.

Bought this as interested by its price and reviews. Perhaps I got the wrong batch, the powder is undrinkable with water, extremely bitter. I’m afraid I need to trash it and go back to my usual pre-workout.

I bought this originally because I don't like coffee and wanting to reduce my energy drink consumption. Plus I wanted a boost in my workouts which I felt was lacking. I'm now going into my third month of using this (strawberry flavour) and I love it. This is the only pre-workout I've used so everything I know about them is from reviews and memes. That said, I definitely noticed a boost. Much more energy in the gym and throughout the day, after drinking it at ~8am. Pros: I love the taste. Mixes well with water. Gradual energy boost that lasts all day. Cons: Face tingles and temporary increased need for the toilet. Both resolved by increasing the water ratio (300ml+) and keeping pre-workout amount under 10g. Overall, I'm delighted. I've never tried any other pre-workout but don't see a need to with this. After first use I had a noticibly better session in the gym but since then have changed diet and program so can't say 100% how much is from this but it has made a positive difference. tl;dr - Using Rage Warrior for 2 months now and delighted with it. Only downside I can find is that there is no bigger tub available.

Wurde mir von einem Arbeitskollegen empfohlen. Der Booster tut, was er soll! Er macht sehr wach, und ich verspüre ein leichtes kribbeln! Habe einmal um 18:00 Uhr am Wochenende den Booster als Wachmacher benutzt und nicht zum Training und konnte vor 4:00 Uhr morgens nicht mehr schlafen 😂 Geschmacklich schmeckt er mir, auch, wenn er etwas künstlich schmeckt. Er schmeckt schön süß.

Der Booster war zwar luftdicht verschlossen, bestand nach dem Öffnen aber fast nur aus harten Klumpen und ist so kaum nutzbar. Auch der Geschmack ist für mich sehr unangenehm und kaum trinkbar. Besonders ärgerlich: Eine Rückgabe ist nicht möglich, vermutlich weil es sich um ein Lebensmittel handelt – man bleibt also auf den Kosten sitzen. Für mich leider ein klarer Fehlkauf.
