Hello, tha ceramic part can be dishwasher, the pump is better for manual clean. from Cephus

is the fountain dishwasher safe after you remove the pump and the filters?

I wash it by hand, but it is ceramic so should be fine in the dishwasher.

Do you always replace both Filters when cleaning fountain ?

No, you don't have to. The other one is plastic and it can be washed and rinsed pretty well. It will have to be replaced eventually, but definitely not every time.
