Where exactly do you put this? Can you use it right around the eye, plus on your eyelids? Will it withstand eye drops 3-4 times a day?

I apply eyeing it. cream on the orbital bone around the eye, and not the eye lids. I usually apply eye drops while I have it on but not directly after applying it.
