A bit of a fiddle to set up. However, once you get the knack, it's a good piece of kit. Readings tend to be very accurate - had myself professionally tested, and the readings on this one were almost identical to the professional test.

It seems accurate but I don’t have anything to compare it to except a normal scale. It was very confusing to use to start with but in order to get a reading you press the most left button then the button next to it and then step on the scale. I notice as soon as I eat carbs my visceral fat level goes up and find this a very useful tool to not let my weight get out of hand and also to see if my exercise improves my muscle mass. Haven’t got a clue if the bone mass is correct but it’s always the same.

Great set of scales, very accurate ( compared the weight on other scales a few times) . Easy to keep an eye on the progress of your regime . Easy to set up and use. Love the product! Would highly recommend it.

They measure everything you can imagine, BMI, fat %, water %, weight & loads more. Only issue is there’s no beep when the measuring has finished so when you get off the scales you miss the first few readings. But, you can retrieve these.

We had an old Tanita Inner Scan scale for years and it suddenly gave up one day. After much searching I tried another brand which had to be returned since it kept giving readings all over the place. Went back to the Tanita range and chose this one. I was initially worried about the size of the footprint for my husband (I have small feet) but it works even for him. It is accurate and consistent. However, unlike the old one this one has to be used on a hard floor. It does have a lots of new features and numbers which are good to know. Very happy with purchase.

Just considering weight, this gives nice reproducible readings without "cheating" and just redisplaying its last reading if it suspects you're the same recent person, which my old Salter ones did. Might vary by 0.1kg in successive readings, but that means it's being honest. As a scrawny marathon runner, I found impedance measurements of body fat gave a huge overestimate in the past. This is pretty good though -- reckons about 12%, against a DEXA result I had 3 years ago of 9%, so that's pretty good. It may well have gone up a touch (more like 9-10% from skinfold though). This morning I measured my weight, BF% and water%, then did a 28 mile run and measured again. Weight went down from 58 to 54.8kg (very plausible), BF% down from 12.2 to 10.9% and water% up from 62.5 to 63.2%. That "increase" in water sounds suspicious but actually that's a water mass decrease of 1.6kg, and a fat decrease of 1.1kg. No way would I have burnt 1.1kg of fat but quite likely 1.1kg of fat + carbohydrate, so it's kind of doing OK in this one-off test. Bad points: user interface is completely non-intuitive. Fine once you know what you're doing. But no button is labelled ON -- to turn it on you either have to press USER and then SET to do the works, or OFF/WEIGHT just for weight. Intuitive huh?

Looks good and arrived quickly but can not trust readings as did not seen to with properly. Followed the instructions to the letter multiple times and it just continuously Scrolls through the one measurement I got after lots of messing around with it. Can't even get it to the point can take another measurement. Wish had not bought, would send back if wasn't in lock down.... Don't usually write had reviews but this was an annoying and Eric waste of money and time!

Superb, compact and simple. Love it for the design and for the fact that it's a NO APP scale. Measures fast and the results are easy to navigate through. Only requirement is to read through the instruction page once, and you're good to go. Clear recommendation :)

I love the fact that the weight scale recalibrates it's self before you step on it so it's automatic resetting it's scale to a perfect zero weight before stepping on it so it's super accurate. Very good quality scale I take mma, mauy Thai, and BJJ and need my weight checked daily to keep track of it.

Hemos tenido báscula desde hace muchos años. Hasta ahora siempre "normales" de las que solo informan del peso. Esta vez hemos querido dar un paso adelante y comprar esta, que es excelente. El tamaño es MUY contenido, si quieres saber lo que ocupa, es exactamente del tamaño de un folio A4 (el tamaño de hoja normal de impresora o fotocopiadora) y un par de centímetros de altura. La tenemos en un hueco "entre muebles" del baño. Las memorias funcionan perfectas. Merece la pena. Los números son grandes, ojo que hay una más moderna, muy similar, pero que los números son pequeños.

Semplice ed efficace, fa esattamente quel che promette: pesa, stima altri parametri corporei (più o meno utili, ciascuno giudica secono esigenze proprie!), permette di registrare fino a 5 utenti, più uno ospite e, soprattutto, funziona perfettamente ed è fruibile al 100% delle sue funzionalità senza app o device esterni, di cui non dispone proprio, cosa un po' old fashion, ma che trovo ottima (ormai si vive di app, mi sembra eccessivo doverne usare una anche per pesarsi... opinione mia, ben chiaro). La pesata è accurata e ripetibile/precisa (pesandosi più volte consecutivamente i numeri non cambiano, pare banale, ma non è così scontato :) ), la stima della percentuale di massa magra/grassa buona, compatibilmente col metodo di misura (elettrodi solo sotto le piante dei piedi); insomma prestazioni in linea con le attese e col prezzo dell'oggetto. Unica nota "dubbia" la bilancia è un po' corta quindi la punta dei piedi sporge leggermente, cosa che non influenza la misura (basta che la pianta dei piedi sia ben posizionata sugli elettrodi), semplicemente può non essere comodissimo... per quei 15 secondi che si sta sulla bilancia non rappresenta, per me, un vero problema; d'altro canto l'essere di dimensioni contenute rende facile trovare un posto in cui riporla senza che dia fastidio! Consigliata per chi vuole una bilancia pesapersona con stima impedenziometrica incorporata e senza tante complicazioni "effimere".

Il faut investir dans la notice au début, puis elle devient simple d'utilisation pour connaître ses différents paramètres de santé . En tant que balance uniquement, elle est simplicime. Petite et assez belle. Parfaite pour un prix raisonnable. Je suis très satisfaite
