Great Balsamic
The best balsamic for the price by far. Many are too runny of sharp, but this one has great consistency and taste

Good quality, good price
Always used to buy this brand when travelling to Italy. Nice quality for the price, viscosity is good. Great with meats, cheese, risotto or even on desserts like strawberries or ice cream.

The Best Balsamic Vinegar
I've tried many balsamic vinegars and this one tops my list. It's deliciously thick and syrupy and very, very delicious. A little goes a long way, perfect over salads.

Amazing taste and versatile-small packaging issue
Having traveled all over Italy and sampling the local foods I find this is one of the best and authentic balsamics I have ever tasted. Its thicker than most making it perfect for drizzling on salads or a cheese plate. A little goes a very long way due to its bold and complex tones but not overly acidic nature. My one small concern is the packaging. The bottle is attractive and easy to handle. The first two bottles I received had a rubber pour limiter so one doesn't over pour when dispensing from bottle directly on foods such as a salad. The last few have not included this very helpful clever inclusion and I have occasionally over-dosed my food. I hope they send the next bottles with the rubber pour limiter.

Improves quality meals with a kick
I overall appreciate Oro balsamic vinegar. Itโs the ultimate complement flavor enhancer. it delivers to taste to ordinary food dishes, spurring them into the stratosphere of the extraordinary. This results in plain dishes becoming-not so-plain, anymore. Itโs now my go to for improvement in textures and flavors. I know that have something good here that has become staple that I rely on for better tasting special food dishes. I keep it very close by, and always have another one in reserve.

Favorite online balsamic so far
Delicious, nice and thick, decent price. This is one of the best I've found online so far. Give it a shot... but watch for the price to come down. It's one of those ones that pops up and down...

"WOW". Worth the price.
All I can say is, "WOW"! I'm a foodie who's wondered for quite some time if the 'authentic' balsamic vinegar from Italy is really worth the price. Well, now I can say, absolutely yes! The aroma is heavenly. The texture is wonderfully thick and syrupy - beats the heck out of having to reduce American balsamic vinegar on a stovetop. The flavor is complex, sweeter, richer - still tart but not excessively acidic. It is perfect as a glaze or dipping sauce. Have not tried it as a marinade yet - and might not because it's quite expensive. I would love to hear feedback from readers who regularly use balsamic vinegar as a marinade - what type do you use?

Delicious and a good value
This is an excellent vinegar. I have bought very expensive ones over the years that were also wonderful, but they legally can't make claims about their age because the manufacturing process involves mixing, so it has become unclear what the lofty prices are for. That is what one of the vendors at the covered market on Arthur Avenue in the Bronx told me when she recommended this product over some ones approaching $100. For me, there is no point looking beyond this superior product, which is very reasonably priced. I use this vinegar with a fine Tuscan olive oil and it is a perfect salad dressing with no other ingredients necessary. I don't understand the few negative reviews - this is a very classic tasting balsamic vinegar of Modena.
