I regularly order these refills for my mother's cat. They are so convenient. My mum is getting on a bit and the refills mean that she doesn't have to worry about running out of litter. I do wish they were a bit cheaper though.

I have bought several of these, I have an indoor cat, so it is very clean with no smell. each refill lasts 25-30 days. I bought the tray last year & even the cat loves it

Have they started using different crystals or something? This tray used to trap the poop smells amazingly well, now I install a new cart and three days later the smell of cat poop is disgusting.

This system works OK with cats that eat dry food and excrete smallish odourless poop, but for my current cats which do large amounts of "normal" poop, it is hopeless. The stench is appalling. I persevered for months, installing an air extractor near the litter tray and using lots of air freshener but have now gone back to old-style clumping litter and it is so much less odorific.

Agree with the majority. It's a good idea but why has the price nearly doubled? My last purchase of these as it's now worth upgrading to the more expensive auto litter tray. My mum ordered hers and overall from what I've paid so far for these refills should have gone and got the other auto litter tray instead. Someone's being greedy along the line. Shame really as that's 2 regular customers lost
