A Must Read for Business Leaders, Strategists, and Architects...
I've had the privilege to hear Whynde speak about business architecture on a number of occasions and was thrilled when her book came out. Strategy to Reality is full of practical information and wonderful insights on the critical role business architecture plays in bringing strategy to life. But what I'm really appreciating is how the passion and energy she brings to her speaking engagements quite literally jumps off the pages. Prepare to be inspired... and to take a lot of notes.

Vague and of little practical use
The book is structured as a series of answers to questions. Although the questions themselves are relevant, the answers are very vague from a practical standpoint.

Bridges the gap between strategy and execution
This book does a great job of connecting strategy to real-world execution. Itโs especially valuable for newcomers like me: why start from scratch when you can learn from someone whoโs already done it? Itโs especially valuable for anyone working in transformation, architecture, or platforms like ServiceNow who needs to think beyond tools and focus on business value. Clear, practical, and grounded in how organizations actually operate, not just theory. Highly recommend for change-makers and practitioners.

Stop what you're doing now and get this book and change your situation, your life...the world!
I have had the honor of being one of the non-profit leaders that Whynde has helped to translate a big picture vision into valuable action steps; turning the vision into a strategy that became reality. Whynde's business architecture embodies the Nelson Mandela quote "It always seems impossible, until it's done". Time and time again, I have witnessed Whynde getting it done; making the impossible, possible for change makers from Mozambique to Rwanda to the USA. I'm forever grateful to have been one of them. I'm also grateful she is sharing her incredible expertise with the world through this book, since there is only one Whynde Kuehn and only 24 hours in a day, but millions of people who desire to deliver value and activate change. What a gift she is giving the world through this blueprint!
