Swish swish swish goes the mouthwash moving in my mouth. Picking up all the odds and sods that my toothbrush didn't get. Never heard of this until my dentist recommended I got it due to my very sensitive teeth. I have to say it does the job aok but just a shame it costs a fair bit and the bottles are the biggest in the world like other mouthwashes you can require in the supermarkets. But apart from that I'm happy, dentist happy, teeth happy so happy days

After years of biting my nails (a habit I am proud to have gotten rid of) and grinding my teeth at night (still working on that one, thank god for night guards!), my enamel has undoubtedly weakened. I sometimes get sensitivity spikes, as when eating something cold, so a trip to the dentist many years ago taught me of a few solutions, one of them being this mouthwash. I always pick the non-alcoholic one, as recommended to me by my dentist, and I can tell a noticeable difference in my enamel sensitivity before and after using this product. I have less sensitivity throughout the day and I can enjoy foods and drinks that would raise sensitivity with fewer issues.

As a middle-aged woman, I find that my teeth have become more sensitive where my gums have receded. This is 100% natural, however it can be so very painful! I was avoiding all sorts of foodstuffs including fruit, ice lollies & hot drinks. No More! This mouthwash is gentle, has a high-content of fluoride and tastes pretty good. The key is to swish it around your mouth for a couple of minutes or so, particularly where the sensitivity is located. It works well with Colgate's range of high-fluoride content toothpastes. Highly Recommended (it's more expensive than most but totally worth it)
