Having recently purchased and tried this, I can say I am delighted with the result. The non-stick coating works wonders, making it incredibly easy to release the bread without any sticking or tearing, and cleaning it is a breeze. The pan feels sturdy and well-made, and it has a nice weight to it. Only negative is the price, which is high for what it is. The lid is such a thoughtful touch – it helps keep the bread moist and prevents any burning on top

Good size for a small loaf

The black coating started to come off around a month after purchase. If you do buy it don't expect it to last long.

Makes nice shaped bread with a great crust. In no way at all is it non stick, even well greased and with baking parchment on the bottom the bread still welds itself to the thing.

I was pleased to spot this Pullman tin available to review, as the non-stick on my old tin has ceased to be effective. I like Pullman tins for home baking sandwich bread. Used lid on, these constrain the rise of the bread and help to keep a small bubble structure, with no big pockets of air inside. Lid off, the base creates a nice, regular, squared off finish with a light diagonal lines pattern.. This tin works nicely, and the non-stick coating is effective. I pictured this making a wholemeal sunflower seed bread. I did need to help this a little to get it out of the tin. This wasn’t due to any issue with the nonstick coating, but rather because of the steam holes in the base of the tin. A little dough had gone through these and baked, holding the tin on to the loaf. I used to get the same thing with my old tin, so knew to expect it - a few prods with the end of a chopstick were sufficient to loosen these, and free the loaf. This is dishwasher safe, though presumably for better longevity for the nonstick coating it’s better to wash by hand.

The tin makes a great loaf - good shape and the non stick coating is very effective. However, it's simply impossible to clean it properly and thoroughly. At the two shorter ends, the metal has been folded over and this leaves a small open gap on the sides and base of each end which traps crumbs. A toothbrush is the wrong shape to get into the crevice, so I had to resort to using a stiff pastry brush to flick out as much as I could. Despite several attempts, I simply couldn't get them all out. I'm not happy that this is hygienic so I'm afraid this will now be serving as a decorative plant holder. Nice idea, poor manufacturing.

Molde con buenos acabados y sobre todo la tapa funciona muy bien y desliza sin problemas. El anti adherente es bueno pero aún así es conveniente poner papel de hornear para prolongar la vida del molde. Calidad precio buena. Yo lo uso para masas de 500 gramos.

Easy pan to use

Bonjour J'ai pris ce moule pour ces dimensions et son design. Et j'en suis ravie. Je m'en sers pour le pain et les cakes et ils sont bien cuits et beaux comme du pain de mie. Bref j'aime beaucoup.

Ich binbegeistert, besser gehts nicht!
