Ich mische sienin 1l Wasser oder auch in Joghurt, da aber nur in Kleinstmenge. Funktioniert super, hab es in meiner Diät begonnen und nutze es nun weiter

great to stay hydrated
Bought for long distance backpacking as I'm not great at drinking water. Artificial sweetener based but taste pretty good. I've only tried the lemonade and lemon tea flavours, both of which I liked
