Sunred CE09 Saucer 2100 Hanging Halogen, Silver, 58.5 x 58.5 x 35 cm

I had constructed a large wooden gazebo in our garden so we could enjoy outside living whatever the weather. Of course the evenings can get chilly so some form of heating was required. I did a lot of research in stores and on the web when I came across the Hacienda. It looked good,,had the right power rating and was reasonably priced.I ordered it and had it within 48 hours, unfortunately it was damaged, but one e mail put that right. I returned the damaged one and received a replacement pretty quickly. I am very satisfied with the heat it gives off and with it's stylish appearance. Everyone who has seen it has passed complimentary comments.Would Inrecommendvit to others,definitely yes.

Nice light and decent amount of warmth. The only thing is be mindful that if there is wind it won't heat a lot of people well unlike fire.I have ours hanging over the outside table in a sheltered area which provides a nice warm light in the evenings.

Not super powerful but nice to take the chill off on cool evenings. Had many compliments as it's not bad looking. Sits in our wooden gazebo nicely

Product arrived with specified time. Light weight although quite large. Does not come with hook to attach above. But all in all does what it says and we were very happy. Ordered early on Saturday arrived on Wednesday.

Unable to buy spares for this heater. I was fairly happy with this heater although the lead was very short and I didn’t really think the heat output matched the specified output of 2100 watts, however I managed to knock the heater off the hook that it was hanging from and although it was not that high the main element broke. At this point I didn’t think it would be a total disaster and that it would just a case of ordering a new heater element. When I phoned the UK importer to order the element I was notified that they did not sell replacement elements for the heater. So yes I know it’s my fault, but I would expect some after sales service and spare parts to be available.

Great product - exactly as described. Chain could be a little longer but good heat, good light and nice and light - easy to install. Exactly what I wanted!

It gets too hot and melts the plastic above the filament,i had to modify it myself.

This was a GREAT buy!! we have had for around 2 months now and used many times....it hangs from middle of our gazebo and keeps everyone warm into the early hours when (again...) too much beer wine and prosecco is being consumed
